An appeal was filed by IDBI Bank ON 16th May 2019 in Hon’ble NCLAT on behalf of the Bank/FI’s. The appeal was heard on 17th May 2019 and Hon’ble NCLAT has passed the order. The order is self-explanatory.
In view of the said order, the current voting on “NBCC resolution plan” is being annulled.
