The SEBI has amended SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and has immensely covered intermediaries and fiduciaries (defined in Explanation to Regulation 9(2) to effectively prohibit insider trading by them (please see Regulation 9).
All CoC members are affiliate / fiduciary in respect of Jaypee Infratech Limited and are required to adhere to provisions of PIT Regulations, to frame a Code of Conduct as per applicable Schedule and B or C. It is solely CoC members own obligation to adhere to the provisions of PIT Regulations and Code of Conduct.
Pursuant to the above and on behalf of above, we enclose the Trading Window Closure notice. Please note that CoC members shall not trade in the securities of Jaypee Infratech Limited during the closed window period.
